Transportation and Delivery - Delivery Area

The product will be shipped to the delivery address specified during the ordering process, provided that the address is located within the delivery area. During the ordering process, any delivery address located outside the delivery area will be rejected.

 

Products purchased through the website can only be delivered to the actual street address within the delivery area.

 

Chrome Hearts will not process any orders that provide a PO box or APO/FPO address.

 

Transportation and Delivery - Freight

Standard transportation (ground) applies to all US orders, except for furniture or any other designated special items. Some furniture, special items, and customized products may be affected by production lead times, processing times, and delivery delays. We currently do not offer 2-day, overnight, priority overnight, or Saturday delivery services. The delivery time for standard transportation (ground) is expected to be 3 to 7 working days after processing. The delivery time starts from the processing of your order.

 

The delivery fee depends on the value of your order:

For orders with a value<$250.00, the standard shipping cost (ground) will be $10.00

For order values between $250.01 and $500, the standard shipping cost (ground) will be $15.00

For order values between $500.01 and $1000, the standard shipping cost (land) is $20.00

For order values between $1000.01 and $2000, the standard shipping cost (land) is $25.00

For orders worth over $2000.01, the standard shipping cost (land) is $30.00

All orders require direct signature.

 

After the package is sent out, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please refer to the email or access your order history for the account holder to view the latest status of the order.

Before you confirm your order, we will inform you of the shipping cost in the order summary displayed on the website. In addition to the price (including tax) of the ordered product, you also need to pay this amount.

 

Delivery time - delivery issues

If the order is not delivered or delayed for more than eight (8) working days after shipment, it should be reported to customer service as soon as possible. In order for your claim to be accepted, please notify us within fifteen (15) working days from the date of confirmation of the order.

 

You should check whether your shipment is correct during delivery. If there are any differences in your order when the product is delivered to you, you should personally indicate the nature of the potential differences (such as opening the packaging, damaged products, etc.) on the delivery notice (if possible) and sign it

 

If the products do not match your order or if you are not satisfied with them, you can return them for accurate replacement or request a refund according to the terms and conditions included in the "Return, Replacement, and Refund" section. Taxes and Duties:

Canada: Tariffs are included in the product price and sales tax calculated at checkout

Russia: The checkout price does not include customs duties and taxes, which will be paid by the purchaser upon delivery

Other international countries: Product prices include tariffs and taxes

For orders shipped to non US addresses, all sales are final.

 

Returns, Exchanges, and Exchanges

Return principles and procedures: Except for furniture, certain special items, and/or customized items, you may return any products ordered on the website for accurate replacement or refund within thirty (30) calendar days after the delivery date, subject to the following terms and limitations.

The returned product must be in its fully saleable original state, if applicable, packaging, and a copy of the purchase invoice or partial return. Chrome Hearts may decide at its discretion whether products purchased through this website are returned in their original state.

 

As long as you use our prepaid return label system to return the product to us through our carrier, you can return the product free of charge for accurate replacement or refund. If you choose a return shipping method other than the recognized carrier provided by customer service, Chrome Hearts will not be responsible for any loss, misdelivery, or delayed delivery of any items returned to this website. However, you must bear the following risks: the shipping cost you have chosen.

 

The return conditions applicable to perfume, cosmetics and beauty products: perfume, cosmetics and beauty products must not be opened, but must be returned in the original packaging. If the transparent film has been opened or removed, or if the product has already been used, the item will not be accepted for return or exchange. If the product is defective or damaged during delivery, the customer must ensure that the bottle remains sealed (if this is not the case, please contact customer service).

Precise replacement

You can exchange an item for a replacement that is identical to that item. If applicable, the replacement may vary depending on size.

If you replace an item with another item with a higher value due to size or configuration reasons, you should pay the price difference. If you request a complete replacement of items with lower value due to size or configuration, you will receive a refund through a debit or credit card within ten (10) working days of receiving the returned item.

For international orders shipped through eShopWorld, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges are allowed.

If you apply for a refund, Chrome Hearts will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the refund is made by crediting your debit or credit card within ten (10) working days of receiving the returned product. Under no circumstances will you be granted electronic points that can be used on the website, nor will the website issue store points that can be used in the Chrome Hearts store.

Limitations on precise replacement and refund:

 

We currently do not allow replacement or refunds for products purchased through the Chrome Hearts store on the website. Similarly, the Chrome Hearts store does not provide refund or replacement services for any products purchased on the website. Under no circumstances can the Chrome Hearts store credit your debit or credit card. Once the customer service department decides to confirm the return conditions and eligibility for a refund or exchange, it will be credited to the debit or credit card used when purchasing the product.

Personalized products ordered on the website cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Delivery terms

The product will be transported by an independent white glove moving company. The delivery cost and time may vary. Customer service will contact you after confirming the furniture order to view the approximate cost, waiting time, arrange delivery time, and arrange payment for shipping costs.

Furniture does not provide in store pickup services.

Do not replace or return furniture

All sales are final. Furniture cannot be returned, refunded or replaced.

Claims settlement

Any claim or objection regarding furniture orders must be immediately raised with the carrier upon receipt of the furniture product and clearly stated on the bill of lading. If there is potential damage, such claims must be submitted to the office of Chrome Hearts, 915 N Mansfield Ave, Hollywood, CA 90038, recipient: Customer Service Department, within five (5) working days after confirming delivery.

Product purchase restrictions

 

To ensure better service and product availability, Chrome Hearts may limit the number of products that can be purchased from customers or addresses for any product, any single order, or multiple orders. Chrome Hearts reserves the right to impose any quantity restrictions on products, orders, or orders at its discretion. To ensure compliance with these restrictions, Chrome Hearts will review your order and process your purchase history. If not complied with, our customer service or store staff may contact you and may refuse further transactions with you for a period of 2 years from the date of your last purchase.
