Titanium Tantalum Technology Product Warranty Policy

1. DOA product renewal service

1.1 If any defects occur within 15 days (inclusive) of the sale of titanium tantalum technology (TCOMAS) products, a new product DOA can be implemented, and a replacement application can be made to the purchasing channel merchant based on the date of the purchased certificate

1.1.1 A valid purchase voucher is required for the replacement service

1.1.2 The replacement product must ensure complete packaging and accessories

1.1.3 Human damage is not within the scope of this service

 

2. Warranty principles

TCO MAS Product Warranty

2.1 Water cooled SJ-A100 series: SJ-A100E, SJ-A100, and SJ-A100P have a five-year warranty, only for replacement and not for repair.

2.2 Fan SJ-F100 series: SJ-F100 and SJ-F110 have a three-year warranty, with only replacement and no repair.

2.3 Fan SJ-F700 series: SJ-F700 has a three-year warranty, only for replacement but not repair.

2.4 The original factory wires, control boxes, and other accessories included with the product are guaranteed for one month.

 

3. Principle of compensation for leakage

The first year of hardware compensation pays the full purchase amount of the customer's hardware

90% of the purchase price will be compensated based on losses in the second year

80% of the purchase price will be compensated based on losses in the third year

In the fourth year, 70% of the purchase price will be compensated based on losses

60% of the purchase price will be compensated based on losses in the fifth year

 

 

4. Warranty period

4.1 The warranty period of all products is calculated based on the product serial number barcode.

 

5. Explanation of warranty/compensation conditions

5.1 Please note that the after-sales service warranty of TCOMAS products is not an unconditional warranty. Any repaired product parts are the property of TCOMAS, and the warranty does not include any accidents caused by software or product damage, misuse, collision, liquid ingress, abuse, incorrect installation, product specifications and non correct use, natural or man-made disasters, unauthorized changes, repairs, reconstitutions, and changes in the product, Therefore, please confirm that the defective products of the purchasing user comply with the warranty specifications of this product before deciding to accept them. The warranty does not cover the following scope:

5.1.1 Damage unrelated to the production process.

5.1.2 Any inappropriate environment or abnormal use.

5.1.3 Any repairs or changes not authorized by TCOMAS; Or products whose serial numbers or warranty stickers have been changed, damaged, altered, or removed.

5.1.4 Any improper use, malicious damage, and all malfunctions arising from abnormal operation, such as abuse, misuse, negligence, fire, flood, lightning or other natural disasters, commercial or industrial use, failure to install according to product instructions, and damage caused by human factors.

5.1.5 TCOMAS components, non product related uses, and other non TCOMAS products are not applicable to this product warranty specification. For other product services, please contact the relevant manufacturer or sales store for purchasing users.

5.1.6 Any damage or malfunction caused during transportation or handling (claims must be submitted to their shipping company).

5.1.7 Defects caused by normal wear and tear or normal aging of the product.

5.1.8 Products that are self repaired or repaired by non TCOMAS authorized personnel.

5.1.9 Products that are not authorized for repair by TCOMAS are not covered by TCOMAS's after-sales warranty.

5.2 TCOMAS does not guarantee that our products will fully meet the needs of purchasing users, and it will be the responsibility of purchasing users to choose products that meet their needs. TCOMAS will not accept unreasonable return or exchange requests from purchasing users.

5.3 The shipping cost of the product to TCOMAS must be borne by the purchasing user, and TCOMAS will be responsible for the shipping cost of the product to the purchasing user.

5.4 TCOMAS reserves the right to retain, replace, repair, and warranty TCOMAS products.

 

6. Warranty granted by local laws and regulations

TCOMAS will provide purchasing users with clear and specific legal rights, and purchasing users will also have the protection rights granted by the local law.

 

7. Warranty Scope

7.1 Warranty Scope and Procedures

7.1.1 The outer box remains intact, but the product is damaged or deformed. (Product outer box, SN code, and product deformation pictures need to be provided)

7.1.2 If the outer box is damaged or deformed, and the product is damaged or deformed, each agent should indicate the damage status and quantity on the logistics receipt or reject it when signing for the goods. If it is not discovered in a timely manner, it must be reported to the relevant personnel of TCOMAS within three days from the date of receipt, accompanied by photos as evidence.

7.1.3 If the outer box is damaged or deformed and the product is in good condition, please sign the logistics receipt with the damage status and quantity or reject it. If it is not discovered, it must be reported to the relevant personnel of TCOMAS within three days from the date of receipt, accompanied by photos as evidence.

7.1.4 Due to poor functionality, the problem points can be described to TCOMAS or photos provided, and TCOMAS will determine and decide on the handling method.

7.1.5 All defective products must be returned to the designated location by TCOMAS before warranty can be granted. In special circumstances, with the approval of TCOMAS, the defective products may not be returned, such as accessories, damage, or damage caused by documented transportation reasons. TCOMAS has the right to request the agent to provide photos of the defective products.

7.1.6 If the packaging is damaged due to transportation reasons, TCOMAS will provide new packaging to the agent; If the product body is damaged due to transportation reasons, TCOMAS will provide new products or accessories to the agent, but the agent needs to provide a copy of the shipping order at the time of receipt and photos of the damage as supporting evidence.

7.1.7 All repaired products must be properly protected and the outer box must be clearly labeled.

7.2 Scope of non warranty

7.2.1 The product is beyond the warranty period and is not covered by the warranty.

7.2.2 After the product is used by the purchasing user, there will be no free warranty for any appearance or function defects caused by improper human operation. (For example: breakage, dents, scratches, product water ingress or immersion in liquid, etc.)

7.2.3 The product is dismantled and repaired by the purchasing user without permission from TCOMAS.

7.2.4 After the product is returned and tested as NDF, the original item will be returned as non warranty, and the purchasing user will be responsible for all transportation.

7.3 Paid Maintenance

7.3.1 The product is not within the warranty scope and needs to be repaired. The purchasing user must pay the repair cost and shipping fee.

7.4 Handling of counterfeit goods

7.4.1 If TCOMAS determines that the product is counterfeit, the warranty will not be granted, and the counterfeit product will not be returned. It will be handled by the Administration for Industry and Commerce and relevant responsibilities will be pursued.

 

8. Warranty Object

All TCOMAS contracted agents.

 

9. Disclaimer and non commitment clause

The sole responsibility and obligation of TCOMAS is to limit the choice of repair or exchange of defective products within the warranty specifications. TCOMAS will not be liable for indirect damages or third-party liability (including but not limited to, damages arising from operational obstacles and losses of the business), or liability for infringement related to the product, or liability arising from the use or ownership of the product under any circumstances.

 

10. After sales process

During the warranty period, please contact the original purchasing store to provide after-sales service for all purchasing users. If you need to return the repair, the original purchasing store will give priority to notifying the corresponding agent to take over the product repair service. Please notify the purchasing user to follow the pipeline to facilitate nearby service. The general after-sales service rules are as follows:

 

11. RMA return time limit

11.1 The RMA return time of TCOMAS is calculated based on the time when TCOMAS signs for delivery. Normal RMA items are processed and logistics return is arranged within 15 days. In the following situations, the actual communication time shall prevail:

11.1.1 The RMA model or quantity returned by the agent does not match, and the documents are incorrect;

11.1.2 The inventory of RMA exchange models is insufficient or there is a need to transfer goods (subject to the communication time between TCOMAS and the purchasing user);

11.1.3 Statutory Holidays: For example, during National Day and Spring Festival holidays, TCOMAS will send a time impact email in advance.
